Contemporáneo NIvel I-II y Nivel II
Propongo una clase empezando con un calentamiento activo para preparar el cuerpo y poder llegar al final de la clase con el máximo de rendimiento físico y explorando los límites del cuerpo en movimiento. Para ello combino elementos de la técnica Limon con elementos de la técnica “release”.
Trabajaremos en el suelo y de pié el movimiento en el trabajo de torso, en las espirales, suspensiones y desequilibrios así como las dinámicas en el movimiento y su musicalidad.

Contemporary Level II
I propose a class starting with an active warming up to prepare the body and to reach at the end of the class the maximum of physical performance and exploring the limits of the body motion. For that I combine elements of Limon technique with elements of "release" technique.
We work on the floor and standing up, the movement in the torso work, in spirals work, suspensions and out of balances as well as the dynamics in the movement and musicality.
