Clásico II

De miércoles a sábado de 14:30hh a 16h

 

Como profesora y coreógrafa sus clases están principalmente centradas en la calidad del movimiento y  la coordinación.

Su creatividad pedagógica ayuda a potenciar una ejecución más moderna y actual de la danza clásica.

Transmite herramientas personalizadas que ayudan a que cada cual pueda mejorar sus capacidades y alcanzar su máximo potencial técnico.

Sus clases están íntimamente ligadas al material coreográfico y desde el primer momento potencia la esencia de lo que es bailar o sea, moverse en el espacio.

Durante la clase se hace hincapié en el trabajo de estiramientos y para ello utiliza algunos ejercicios provenientes del yoga.

* El curso de clásico se puede tomar de forma independiente.

 

 

 

Repertorio de miércoles a sábado de 16h a 17h

 

En la clase de repertorio trabajaremos extractos de diferentes piezas creadas este año y el anterior, para la compañía Dafmark Dance Theater.

Al final las juntaremos para formar una nueva pieza que puede ser presentada.

Esto permitirá ajustar el material al nivel de los bailarines que participen en el taller.

Los podéis visionar en Area de 10h a 20h, de lunes a viernes.

 

 

 

Dafna Rathouse (Israel)

 

Nacida en Tel Aviv, Israel. Formada en danza clásica y danza moderna en la “Jerusalem Reubin Academy” y la “Bat Sheva and Bat Dor School of Dance” en Israel; en la “Martha Graham School”, “Alvin Ailey School” y “José Limon School” de New York y la “Laverne Mayer” de Londres, entre otros.

Ha trabajado como ayudante de dirección y maestra de danza clásica para la compañía “Bat-Dor Dance Company” y la “Kibbutz Dance Company” en Israel y para la “Repertory Dance Company of the Southwest” y la “Dallas Opera” en Texas, “Voci” en Orlando, “Atalanta Fuguiens” y “L’Espantall” (España) y en el “Kibutz Dance Company” (Israel).

Del año 1984 al 1990 Dafna es profesora y coreógrafa del “Mercyhurst Collage Dance Department de Erie (USA).

Actualmente es profesora regular y directora artística del “Dafmark Dance Theater Academy”.

Ballet II

As a teacher and choreographer her classes are mainly focused on the quality of movement and coordination. Her pedagogical creativity helps foster a more modern and current performance of the ballet.
Forwards personalized tools that help everyone improve their capacities and reach its full technical potential. Their classes are intimately linked to choreographic material and from the outset powers the essence of what dance is: moving in space.
During the class she emphasizes the work of stretching and some exercises used for this purpose from yoga.

 

Repertory

From 16h to 17h from Wednesday to Saturday

 

In the repertory class we will work excerpts from different pieces created earlier this year and, for the company Dafmark Dance Theater.
At the end we will join them to form a new piece that may be performed for the audience.
This will allow material adjustment to the level of the dancers participating in the workshop.
* You have at your disposal videos from the company so you can see the style and type of work she does. You can see them in Area from 10h to 20h, Monday to Friday.

Dafna Rathouse (Israel)

 

Born in Tel Aviv, Israel. Formed in ballet and modern dance in "Jerusalem Reubin Academy" and "Bat Sheva and Bat Dor School of Dance" in Israel; in the "Martha Graham School," Alvin Ailey School "and" Jose Limon School of New York and "Laverne Mayer" of London, among others.
She has worked as an assistant director and ballet master for the company "Bat-Dor Dance Company" and "Kibbutz Dance Company" in Israel and for the "Repertory Dance Company of the Southwest " and the " Dallas Opera " in Texas, "Voci" in Orlando, "Atalanta Fuguiens" and "L'Espantall" (Spain) and the "Kibbutz Dance Company" (Israel).
From year 1984 to 1990 Dafna was a teacher and choreographer of  "Mercyhurst College Dance Department of Erie (USA).
She is currently a regular teacher and artistic director of "Dafmark Dance Theater Academy."
