From 25th to 29th of June

Contemporary and Partner Work

From 18h to 20:30h (from Wednesday to Sunday)

Price: 130€

Through out the session we use methods such as bouncing, implosion,

grounding loops, floppy jumping and dynamic energy to allow the body

to move through space with speed, articulation and intention. We use

sequences focusing on floor work, traveling, rhythm as well as

breathing and energy charging exercises. Working from solo into partnering using Touch and Flow.

The class shifts from on growing loops based on martial arts and

tai-chi, among others, to movement phrases working on floor precise

attack, articulate release and developing into partnering and group

dynamic. Playing the exhaustion of the body to step into the next

level of movement and energy.

The class will be taught by Rudi Cole.
