CREATIVE ANIMAL Contemporáneo Nivel II-III

A partir de un entrenamiento básico de entrada en calor, con un trabajo en las líneas de energía, la colocación, precisión y fuerza, la clase tiene como objetivos conseguir controlar nuestro cuerpo y generar un pensamiento flexible y activo.

Tendremos cuatro objetivos base: la relación con la tierra y el espacio, la integración de todas las partes del cuerpo, la fluidez en la acción, y la percepción del cuerpo en el espacio.

Una vez adquirida esta mezcla de conceptos, estaremos listos para lanzarlo a la libertad de movimiento.

Entre otras cosas ligaremos peso, ritmo, impulso, equilibrio, bajadas, caídas, saltos y giros a través de diversas combinaciones y de la exploración de un espacio compartido, en todos los planos, tanto en el suelo como arriba.

Buscaremos encontrar la confianza y el despertar de nuestro imaginario.

Utilizaremos herramientas del release, flying low, Cunningham, contact e improvisación y con todo ello moldearemos el espacio no vacío.

Sol Vazquez (Argentina)

Nació en Argentina. Vive y trabaja en Barcelona. Titulada en danza clásica y contemporánea por el profesorado de arte de Mar del Plata en Argentina.

Ha trabajado en compañías independientes de su ciudad natal hasta el 2001.

Se instala en Barcelona España en el 2002 y continúa su formación de manera independiente con variedad de técnicas como ballet, release, flying low, contact e improvisación. Con maestros reconocidos internacionalmente como Maria Rovira , Gustavo Lesgard, Peter Jasko, Maurice Fraga, Cecilia Colacrai, David Zambrano, Tono Lachky, Eulàlia Ayguadé , Roberto Oliván, Laura Arís, Martin Kilvady , Jozef Frucek & Linda Kapetanea.

En el rol de profesora ha trabajado del 2006 al 2012 en el Aula de Teatro de Mataró y actualmente imparte clases e intensivos en diversas instituciones, centros cívicos y pequeñas escuelas.

Formó parte de una de las compañía catalanas internacionalmente conocida, Art Tránsit Dansa, como asistente y bailarina de 2005 al 2012.

Actualmente trabaja en la compañía Enclave Arts del Moviment de Roberto Oliván con la última obra de creación A place to bury strangers, en la compañía Sebastián García Ferro con la obra de creación Impasse#2 y en la compañía Atempo Circ con la reciente obra de creación y estreno Deal.

CREATIVE ANIMAL Contemporary dance Level II-III

Starting with a basic warm-up training, with a work on the energy lines, positioning, precision, and strength, the goal of the class is to achieve the control of our body, and generate a flexible and active thought.

We are going to have four basic goals: connection with the floor and the space, integration of all the parts of the body, fluidity in the action, and perception of the body in the space.

Once acquired this mixture of concepts, we will be ready to throw it to movement freedom.

Together with other things, we will join weight, rhythm, momentum, balance, downs, falls, leaps, and turns through different combinations, and the exploration of a shared space in all levels, up as well as on the floor.

We will seek to find confidence and awaken our imagination.

We are going to use release, flying low, Cunningham, contact and improvisation tools, and shape with them the occupied space.

Sol Vázquez (Argentina)

She was born in Argentina. She lives and works in Barcelona. She graduated in ballet and contemporary dance by the Art Faculty of Mar del Plata in Argentina.

She worked with independent companies from her hometown until 2001.

She settled in Barcelona (Spain) in 2002 and continued her training independently with different techniques of ballet, release, flying low, contact and improvisation with internationally recognized artists such as Maria Rovira, Gustavo Lesgard, Peter Jasko, Maurice Fraga, Cecilia Colacrai, David Zambrano, Tono Lachky, Eulàlia Ayguadé, Roberto Oliván, Laura Arís, Martin Kilvady, Jozef Frucek and Linda Kapetanea.

She worked as a teacher in the Theatre Club of Mataró from 2006 to 2012, and currently she teaches classes and intensive courses in different institutions, community centres and small schools.

From 2005 to 2012 she was part of one internationally recognized Catalan company named Art Tránsit Dansa.

Nowadays, she works at Roberto Oliván's company Enclave Arts del Moviment with the last creative work A place to bury strangers; at Sebastián García Ferro's company with the creative work Impasse#2; and at the company Atempo Circ with the recent creative work and premiere Deal.
