Descripción de la clase/taller
Cómo utilizar el espacio en el cuerpo y el cuerpo en el espacio.
Abriendo posibilidades para el propio diálogo con el cuerpo.
Desde las varias técnicas de danza contemporánea (contact improvisación, release, técnica Klein, etc.)
Trabajamos enfocando en la respiración, el uso y la relación con el centro, el equilibrio/eje, la intención y el peso del propio movimiento, desafiando la capacidad de ampliar el registro físico y la expresión artística.
Reconociendo la estructura ósea y la utilización adecuada a nivel muscular.
Trabajamos ejercicios de suelo y de pié y el camino entre medio, desarrollando siempre un cuerpo accesible, fortaleciendo musculatura, flexibilidad y concepto tiempo (velocidad).
Ejercicios/secuencias cortas enlazadas y fluidas, y otras más largas trabajando la memoria y la coordinación.
Bailando lo orgánico y fluido, y también lo fragmentado.
También trabajaremos para habitar el espacio de la improvisación/composición.
Uno de los objetivos y propósitos será desafiar las posibilidades de reconocer los propios patrones de movimiento, des-estructurarlos y re-estructurarlos.
Descripción del taller
Nos acercamos a los mismos objetivos físicos de reconocer el propio movimiento, también incluyendo el espacio de la propia imaginación, descubriendo los obstáculos que puedan haber entre idea y realización.
Es un trabajo más abierto a nivel de entrega de la propia creatividad.
Juegos que proponen el acceso a la decisión de la acción instantánea y también la premeditada.
Con pautas que recorren los campos musicales/espaciales acerca de la mirada, la escucha interna y externa, colectiva e individual, la imaginación y la presencia.
Cómo responde un cuerpo en la improvisación?
Queremos descubrir qué herramientas uno tiene, y cuáles faltan, y valorar las. Reconocer que se quiere comunicar y que no.
Cómo y hacia dónde proyectar el cuerpo.
Leemos sensaciones, intuiciones, impulsos, deseos para empezar a plasmarlos a través del cuerpo.
Practicamos como llevar el cuerpo como herramienta de comunicación con y hacia el otro y hacia el público.
Es un lugar donde encontrar la propia manera de moverse y expresarse. Poderlo compartir con otros, dejarse inspirar e inspirar a otros.

Linn Johansson se dedica a la danza, la performance y la pedagogía del movimiento.
Formada en Suecia, París, Nueva York y España.
Entrenamientos y colaboraciones con Wim Vanderkeybus, Örjan Andersson, Christina Caprioli, Jessica Walker, Jordi Cortés, Andrés Waksman, entre otros.
Unos de los trabajos como bailarina/intérprete contemporánea más recientes han sido con Andrés Waksman en “El perro alado” (Mercat de les Flors de Barcelona), “Les musics de Bremen” (Espectáculo infantil en el Teatre del Liceu Barcelona),

Training as a physical reflection

How to use the space in the body and the body in space.
Opening possibilities for dialogue with the body itself.
Using various contemporary dance techniques (contact improvisation, release, Klein technique, etc..)
We will focus the work on the breath, the use and the relationship with the center, balance /axis, the intention and the weight of the movement itself, challenging the ability to enlarge the physical registration and artistic expression.
Recognizing the bone structure and the appropriate muscle use.
Floor work and standing exercises and the way in between, developing a body always accessible, muscle strengthening, flexibility and concept of time (speed).
Working exercises/short sequences bound and fluid and others longer working. We also work to inhabit the space of improvisation/composition.
One of the goal and purpose is to challenge the possibilities of recognizing one's own movement patterns, finding a way of de-structure and re-structured them.
Workshop
We are approaching the same goals of recognizing our selves, also including physical space imagination, challenging obstacles that may exist between idea and realization.
A more open delivery level of creativity.
Games offering access to instant action decision and also premeditated action.
Guidelines that cover musical fields / spatial listening / the different ways of using the gaze, the internal and external listening, the collective and individual imagination and presence.
How do a body responds in improvisation ?
We want to find out what tools we have, and which are missing, and value them. Recognizing what we want to communicate and what not.
How and where to project the body.
We read feelings, intuitions, impulses, desires and we start translating them through the body.
Practicing the body as a communication tool with and towards the other, to the public.
It is a place to find our own way to move and express ourselves.
Be able to share with others, be inspired and inspire others.

Linn Johansson is dedicated in dance, performance and pedagogy of movement.
She is formed in Sweden, Paris, New York and Spain.
Training and collaborations with Wim Vanderkeybus, Örjan Andersson, Christina Caprioli, Jessica Walker, Jordi Cortes, Andres Waksman, among others.

Contemporáneo II-III y clase de composición
Clase de contemporáneo basada en una mezcla con impro influenciado por la técnica Limon, la técnica de release, ballet y yoga.
La clase de composición incluye el método desarrollado por Teresia Björk (desde 2006) basado en diferentes herramientas fáciles para conocer el propio lenguaje corporal y encontrar nuevos movimientos y también para tratar de encontrar por qué se está haciendo lo que se está haciendo y cómo se quiera mostrar.
A lo largo de la semana, cada uno comenzará a hacer un solo por sí mismos, con Teresia como supervisora.

EXPERIENCIA LABORAL
2011-2012
Enseña en Balettakademien (BA) en Estocolmo composición y coreografía y danza contemporánea. Gira por diferentes teatros con " The most Pleasant of Dreams " de Per Åhlund. Actúa como actriz en la película "Cockpit" por Mårten Klingberg.
Como bailarina en la obra "V.E.M" en el Teatro Pero en Estocolmo, febrero de 2012 con el coreógrafo / bailarín Eddie Edwinsson y coreografiando para Dansarutbildningen en Baletteakademien y en sus actuaciones la primavera de 2012.
2010
Teresia trabaja con el coreógrafo Anya IsonWallace del The Small Ballet (Inglaterra) en Smålands Musik och Teater, Jönköping, en un dueto para dos bailarines. Premiere a principios de diciembre.
Junto con el compositor Per Åhlund Teresia crea una nueva pieza para ella y un bailarín en Fylkingen en Estocolmo en diciembre.
Durante noviembre 2010 Teresia está de gira junto con el percusionista Anna Gustavsson en Västra Götaland en Suecia con una pieza llamada "beröra och bli berörd" ("tocar y ser tocado"). Teresia también está haciendo colaboraciones con diferentes escuelas con gran perfil cultural en Estocolmo. En marzo de Teresia es invitado por BIDE y La Caldera de Barcelona.
Termik plays Angel a finales de abril en Dalarna, Suecia.
Teresia y el percusionista Anna Gustavson viajan a Århus en Dinamarca en mayo de 2010 para una residencia junto con Danseverket.
En junio / julio Teresia es invitada por TragantDansa y La Caldera de Barcelona para una residencia.
2009
En marzo / abril 2009 Teresia continua las colaboraciones en Nueva York y en noviembre de 2009 interpreta "Light as Air" de Ron Padgett en Broadway, junto con el coreógrafo Douglas Dunn.
Teresia actúa en "Domkraft" de Aase Berg y "Angel" de Charlotte Brady en diferentes teatros de Suecia. También tiene obtiene otra residencia artística en Småland entre enero y marzo.
2008
Teresia actúa en "Angel" de Charlotte Brady junto a Mikael Godee en varios espacios y tiene unas residencia artística en Dalsland, Suecia.
"Domkraft" de Aase Berg tiene su premier en Pustervik en Gotemburgo el 18 de marzo de 2008.
2007
"Underbara Älskade" gana el Premio del Público en los Premios de Cine Sueco "Guldbaggegalan". Teresia y Mikael Godee (músico / compositor) realizan 16 actuaciones con su producción "Research" y siguen trabajando juntos. Durante noviembre y diciembre se llevará a cabo a Nefertiti y Teatro Uno de Gotemburgo, entre otros.
2006
La Premier de "Cabaret TB - get in touch" de Charlotte Brady febrero 2006 en Hagateatern en Gotemburgo y también se presentó en la Dansbiennalen de Suecia en mayo.
Teresia y el coreógrafo alemán Ingo Reulecke son invitados por el Museo Mundial de Cultura con el espectáculo "Open Space" en marzo.
Durante el verano y en noviembre de 2006 Teresia coopera con el Teatro de los Sentidos en Barcelona y también filma las últimas escenas de "Underbara Älskade" ( título: "De repente"). En agosto 2006 Teresia va a Hollywood para hacer el anuncio "You look great" junto a Dustin Hoffman para la compañía de moda KappAhl de Suecia
Diciembre de 2006 "Underbara Älskade" se estrena en los cines de Suecia. (www.underbara-alskade.se título "De repente")
2005
Teresia es invitada por diferentes escuelas de danza y teatro. Teresia hace presentaciones y talleres en el Artmuseum de Gotemburgo, así como el museo de diseño, Röhsska Museet.
A finales de otoño se llevan a cabo las primeras escenas de "Underbara Älskade" junto al director Johan Brisinger y Teatro Svecia.
2004
Re-premier de "Still Moving?" y nueva colaboración con Atalante en Gotemburgo durante el festival "UnderMyFeet". Teresia también actúa en "The Watch" en varias ocasiones.
2003
Teresia estuvo coreografiando en el Royal Festival Hall de Londres en el proyecto "The Exchange" y también fue artista invitada en la serie (de SVT Gotemburgo) "Komissarie Winter”.
2002
Actúa y baila en "Still Moving" Riksteatern, Praga Festival y Dansens Hus, Blå Ladan. Teresia también hace una gira con su obra "Still Moving?" por Londres, Berlín y Nueva York.

Contemporary class level II-III and composition class
Contemporary classes in a mix with impro influenced by Limon, release, contemporary ballet and yoga.
The composition classes includes Teresia Björks own method (since 2006) based on different easy tools to get to know your own bodylanguage and find new movements and also try to find why you´re doing what you´re doing and how you want to show it. This week each one will start to make a solo of their own and with Teresia as a coach.

WORK EXPERIENCE
2011-2012
Teaches at Balettakademien (BA) in Stockholm in composition and choreography/contemporary dance. Visiting different theaters with “The most Pleasant of Dreams” by Per Åhlund. Acting as an actress in the movie “Cockpit“ by Mårten Klingberg.
Within as a dancer in the piece “V.E.M” at Theater Pero in Stockholm, February 2012 with choreographer/dancer Eddie Edwinsson and also choreographing for Dansarutbildningen at BA and their performances spring 2012.
2010
Teresia is working with choreographer Anya IsonWallace from The Small Ballet (England) at Smålands Musik och Teater, Jönköping, in a duet for two dancers. Premiere early December. Together with composer Per Åhlund is Teresia creating a new piece for her and a male dancer at Fylkingen in Stockholm in December.
During November 2010 Teresia is touring together with percussionist Anna Gustavsson in Västra Götaland in Sweden in a piece called ”beröra och bli berörd” (”touch and be touched”). Teresia is also doing some different cooperation with different schools with great profile of culture in Stockholm. In March Teresia is guest of BIDE and the theater La Caldera in Barcelona.
Termik plays Angel in late April in Dalarna, Sweden.
Teresia and the percussionist Anna Gustavson goes to Århus in Denmark in May 2010 for a residence together with Danseverket.
June/July Teresia is invited to Tragantdansa and La Caldera in Barcelona for a residence.
2009
During March/April 2009 Teresia continued the collaborations in New York and in November 2009 plays “Light as Air “by Ron Padgett on Broadway together with choreographer Douglas Dunn.
Teresia is playing” Domkraft “ by Aase Berg and “Angel” by Charlotte Brady around in theaters in Sweden. She is also having another artist´s residence in Smaland during January-March.

Teresia is playing” Angel” by Charlotte Brady togheter with Mikael Godée on various places and is having an artist´s residence in Dalsland, Sweden.
“Domkraft” by Aase Berg is having its premier at Pustervik in Gothenburg the 18th of March 2008.
2007
”Underbara Älskade ” won the Audience Price at the Swedish Film awards ”Guldbaggegalan”.
Teresia and Mikael Godée (muscian/composer ) has done 16 performances with their production ”Research” and will continue work together. During November- December they will perform at Nefertiti and Theater Uno in Gothenburg among others.
2006
The Premier of ”T B Cabaret – get in touch” by Charlotte Brady feb 2006 at Hagateatern in Gothenburg and it was also played at the Swedish Dansbiennalen in May.
Teresia and the German choreographer Ingo Reulecke was guest at World Culture Museum with the performance ”Open Space” in March.
During summer and during November 2006 Teresia was cooperating with Teatro de los Sentidos in Barcelona and also shot the last scenes of ”Underbara Älskade”(eng title:“ Suddenly”). August 2006 Teresia went to Hollywood to make the commercial ”You look great” together with Dustin Hoffman for the fashioncompany KappAhl in Sweden

2005
Teresia was guest in different kind of dance and theaterschools. Teresia made performances and workshops at the Artmuseum of Gothenburg and also the museum of design, Röhsska Museet.
Late autumn the first scenes of ”Underbara Älskade” was done together with director Johan Brisinger and Drama Svecia.
2004
