Alerta y disponibilidad Contemporáneo Nivel II-III

Propongo un trabajo físico que lleve el cuerpo y mente a un estado de alerta, de disponibilidad, de flexibilidad, de velocidad de reacción. El trabajo consiste en conseguir un cuerpo dúctil que nos permita cualquier posibilidad de acción a través del contacto con el suelo, la proyección de las líneas en el espacio, el uso del peso, las trayectorias, las dinámicas y sobre todo el entorno. Me interesa crear diferentes estructuras de movimiento, presentar caminos alternativos en cómo abordar las técnicas de movimiento, investigar la relación de nuestro cuerpo consigo mismo y en relación a otros cuerpos.

Reinaldo Ribeiro (Brasil)

Natural de Rio de Janeiro, empieza su carrera como actor en diferentes proyectos de teatro y televisión en Brasil, su tierra natal. En 2000 se traslada a Argentina y se gradua en danza contemporánea en el Taller de Danza Contemporánea del Teatro San Martín. Durante dos años consecutivos ha sido becado por la Fundación Julio Bocca y ha trabajado con renombrados coreógrafos como: Oscar Araiz, Maurício Wainrot, Anna Maria Stelkelman, Ana Garat, Alejandro Cervera. Fue bailarín de la cia de danza aérea Brenda Angiel Dance Company y Pies Desnudos. En 2006, después de un período en Francia trabajando con el director Alfredo Arias, entra a formar parte de la cia española Transit Dansa de Maria Rovira. Durante este camino de colaboraciones y apredizaje, empieza a crear obras proprias volcando sus necesidades artíasticas más personales: Doble Filo, 25x7, Que tu cuerpo sea, Corazón, Apolo 12. Puerto Iguazú, Innings. Su última creación se llama Skinned. En 2013 junto a otros bailarines, funda el Colectivo Lamajara. Actualmente trabaja como bailarín, coreógrafo, docente y movement coach en publicidad.

I suggest a physical work that will take the body and the mind to a state of awareness, availability, flexibility, and speed of reaction. The work consists on obtaining an adaptable body, which will allow us any possibility of action through the contact with the floor, the projection of the lines in the space, and the usage of weight, trajectories, dynamics and especially surroundings. It is my intention to create different movement structures, introduce alternative paths to know how to deal with movement techniques, and study the relation of our body with itself and with other bodies.

Reinaldo Ribero was born in Rio de Janeiro. He starts his career as an actor working in different theatre and television shows in his homeland, Brazil. In 2000, he moved to Argentina and graduated in contemporary dance in the Contemporary Dance Workshop of the Theatre San Martín. During two consecutive years he obtained a scholarship from Julio Bocca Fundation, and worked with renowned choreographers like Oscar Araiz, Maurício Wainrot, Anna Maria Stelkelman, Ana Garat, and Alejandro Cervera. He was a dancer of the company of aerial tissue Brenda Angiel Dance Company and the company Pies Desnudos.

In 2006, after working some time with the director Alfredo Arias in France, he became part of Maria Rovira's Spanish company Transit Dansa. During this time of collaborations and learning, he starts creating his own pieces, which reveal his most private artistic needs: Doble Filo, 25x7, Que tu cuerpo sea, Corazón, Apolo 12, Puerto Iguazú, and Innings. His last creation is Skinned. He founded the group Lamajara in 2013 together with other dancers. Nowadays, he works as a dancer, choreographer, teacher and movement coach in advertising.
